Comments: The current functionality of the application, combined with a constant evolving and growth process of the product, provides us a tool which is pleasant to work and adjusts to the requirements of the business.
Pros:
Features like automated dispatching, automated task creation, self service registration in the preferred language,... ease the workload of our staff very much. If adjustment of flows, tasks, registration processes is required, the application is set up in a way that we are able to make these adjustments ourselves.
Cons:
Limited automation possibilities for stand by/ drop off flows.

Comments: Peripass draagt bij aan alle bedrijfsdoelen: Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Kosten, Delivery performance, Motivatie, Milieu. (Zie eerdere tekst voor meer details)
Pros:
De veelheid aan vrachtwagens, die telkens afwijken tov de planning, managen op de site, wordt door Peripass mogelijk gemaakt, zodat chaos wordt vermeden en een stabiele flow wordt gecreëerd. Dit komt de veiligheid ten goede, maar ook de kwaliteit van de data (juistheid, nauwkeurigheid), de doorstroming van de goederen (dus de efficiëntie van het personeel), en het milieu.Het stelt ons in staat om te communiceren in de taal van de chauffeurs, wat veel frustraties vermijdt en de efficiëntie ten goede komt.
Cons:
Er zijn geen echte minpunten. We gaan nu wel een redundante connectie realiseren tussen de truckyard en de office, om technische onderbrekingen te voorkomen.

gebruikers gemak en vooral ook de besparing die we hiermee hebben kunnen verwezelijken
Cons:
Integratie was goed, we hebben wel simultaan ook een slotboeking systeem geïntroduceerd. Dit maakte het wel iets complexer.
