> **Pros**: After the Pandemic this system allowed us to reopen and integrate new service guidelines without existing product offering. After the guidelines have relaxed, we kept it as it promotes more sales and ease of access for consumers.

> **Cons**: The lack of integration with Apple pay and the less in depth reporting and statistical analysis does not provide us with a robust data set for decision making. Additionally, the lack of customization regarding colors ect means we cannot brand our stores with our themes.

> This service heled us transformed our food and drink offering and has additionally been more then support and open to development as they grow alongside our company.

> **Pros**: During covid, we needed a system which was easy to set up and use, we found GonnaOrder and now covid is over, we liked the system so much we kept it. Its a great system that doesn't rely on having to download apps and it's has a lot of excellent feature.

> **Cons**: I would like a app for the business so staff can make online orders on behalf of the customers if they don't have their phones. There is a feature on the system on how we can do this but I feel it can be improved.
