It just works quietly in the background without any hassle. > > **Cons**: Storage tiers can feel like a big jump if you only need a little bit more space, and finding live support instead of help articles can take some digging. > > Google One makes keeping all our family photos, documents, and phone backups organized and completely stress-free. It runs smoothly across every device and gives great peace of mind for the price. ----- ### "Google One is Worth Every Penny" — 5.0/5 > **Nicholas** | *18 March 2026* | Construction Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love how affordable extra storage is, on both a personal and professional level. It's easy to use, just sign up, pay a little bit, and you have extra back-up storage space. It has easy file management, allowing you to sort folders, documents, sheets, images, and more easily, with no difficulty finding them. I'm able to use it with my phone, my personal PC, my work PC, and my work phone. And sharing files couldn't be easier with the 'share' button. > > **Cons**: Customer support could be a bit more responsive, but it's not terrible. Just took a little longer than I'd like to have gotten an answer I needed in the beginning of the setup process. > > Google One has been a fantastic and easy to set-up offering that has allowed me to feel more confident in my backups. Not only do I have local and other cloud backups, but I am able to have a redundancy for relatively little money, allowing me to access the documents wherever I am, one whatever device I am using. ----- ### "Better than Icloud, great for students" — 3.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *12 December 2025* | Banking | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Good cloud storage and nowadays the offer a full year to students, which is great, you can store any file as you want, is easy to use and the support is very accurate, you can access on any device and share your files with everyone, plus, you can have a subscription with Gemini > > **Cons**: Google just gives you 15GB of storage... Basically giving you a time to eventually pay for it, That's not fair on the client side > > Overall, I'm having a good experience, sometimes I had to call support. But they solved me all (or most) of my problems ----- ### "Seamless Cloud Storage and Easy Device Backup For The Whole Family" — 4.0/5 > **samuel** | *11 July 2026* | Design | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Google One is a good product of the Google Family what I like and use everyday is Google Flow, Gemini, and what is also good they have a free tier,I am a pro subscriber which offer discounted price sometimes on monthly subscription. It's seamlessly integrates across all devices for automatic cloud storage and backups. It instantly expands space for Gmail, Google Drive, and your Google photos meaning I never worry on running out of space for important emails,High Resolution images. It's very easy to use and files, photos, emails are all easy to manage.I love it . File sharing is also available on most of it's products also the ability to share my storage with up to five family members which is very cost effective. > > **Cons**: My only downfall I have with Google is their customer support is sometimes slow at responding and correcting things but as far as everything else I love Google they are a good product. > > Besides the wait time on customer support I had hardly any other issue with Google One account.I would definatly recommend it to others giving it a try with free tier first then possibly Pro if you use it alot like I do. ----- ### "High-Performance Cloud Storage with Lightning-Fast Customer Service" — 4.0/5 > **Harshraj Singh** | *11 August 2026* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: Google One provides an amazing cloud storage ecosystem which is very consistent and uniform. From the architecture point of view, cross-product synchronization of Gmail, Drive and Photos provides a seamless data pipeline which is better than that provided by many third-party fragmented storage services. Regarding Storage and Value for Money, Google One's scaling of storage tiers is done brilliantly in such a way that you can scale your storage across different Google Family groups without having to do any administrative work. As for Ease of Use, the device backups are entirely automatic, and File Sharing access controls are also easy to implement. However, the thing that amazed me most was Google One's Customer Support service. I made a mistake of initiating a wrong subscription of about 2000 rupees in my backup Google One account, but when I contacted Google One customer support about it, it took only 20 minutes for the assistant to resolve it and give me a complete refund. > > **Cons**: Google One’s weakness when it comes to power users is in the File Management and Device Compatibility settings. This service does not have native block-level sync capabilities, and the select sync settings seem restrictive when compared with command line tools such as rclone. The versioning settings are also relatively simplistic. > > It achieves a perfect balance of being absolutely user-friendly and reliable. Google One is a set-and-forget cloud backup tool for 95% of regular users out there. However, even as someone with technical expertise who cares about pure uptime, speed of data access, and immediate customer support, I feel comfortable recommending it to others. ----- Page: 1 / 4\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/1031036/google-one?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/1031036/google-one) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | it | | ----- ## Structured Data
