> **Pros**: Supportmate has been an excellent all-in-one solution for managing our day-to-day operations. What we particularly like is having rostering, staff scheduling, timesheets, invoicing and payroll-related processes all connected within one platform.

The rostering system makes it easy to allocate shifts, manage staff availability and communicate roster changes. The timesheet functionality provides much better visibility and control over staff hours, while the invoicing features make the billing process considerably more efficient.

The integration with accounting platforms such as Xero and MYOB is also a major advantage and helps reduce duplication of administrative work.
