> **Pros**: Miiskin PRO has been one of the best teledermatology platforms I've used. The interface is intuitive, patients can easily submit high-quality photos and histories, and the workflow is efficient for physicians. I especially appreciate that it supports longitudinal care with messaging and follow-up, allowing me to manage many dermatologic conditions asynchronously while maintaining high-quality patient care. The team has also been receptive to physician feedback and continually improves the platform.

> **Cons**: There are still opportunities to improve the physician workflow. Better chart continuity during messaging, additional documentation tools (such as richer formatting), clearer medication refill workflows, and more customization of patient questionnaires would further streamline care. None of these issues are deal breakers, but they would make an already strong platform even better.

> Overall, my experience with Miiskin PRO has been excellent. It has allowed me to efficiently care for a large number of patients while maintaining thoughtful, evidence-based dermatology care. > **Pros**: I think it’s an easy site to use that is very intuitive. I love that you have a partnership with a compounding pharmacy and have the ability to send to local pharmacies.

> **Cons**: I think payments are pretty clunky. I hate having to use Stripe and send another QRS code. I think it probably feels weird to patient as well to pay and then ask for another payment link
