For me, it speaks volumes that LOCAD sees the potential of SMEs to grow into a big brand one day, so we didn’t second-guess our decision to go with LOCAD because of the experience we had.

> **Cons**: The things that I think can be improved are beyond LOCAD's control - it's more on the courier/logistics side of things, especially when it comes to the handling of our parcels.
