> **Pros**: Launch Pad and Dashboard allow for easy access to student attendance data and grades. Our admin staff enjoy working with the cover system that facilitates the use of our own teachers when a teacher is absent. \* Customizability of the system. \* Communications with our parents is clear, easy, and accessible on different platforms. \* Numerous modules under one platform.

> Accessibility: The Graphical User Interphase is easy to read and understand. My staff learnt how to use the system with minimal training and found it very easy to use. The access to reports and student information overview, as well as intelligent statics, enhanced my school's performance. The modules  and insight helped save money that could be allocated to other areas of the school.

> **Pros**: The Edsun program has been a wonderful tool when dealing with the number of teacher absences and coverages we endure on a daily basis.It helps us keep track and organized throughout our days.  It's also great that we do not have to hand write the daily coverage slips, since this program allows you to print out the daily input.It is also a great time tracker, allowing us to see which teachers we utilize everyday.  The program is easy to use and the interface is very intuitive.  It allows us to customize the number of coverages teachers are willing to take and also takes into consideration any team teaching environments we may have.It also allows the user to cover a teacher for an entire day or only certain periods.  It looks for teachers who teach in the same content area so there is minimal disruption to student learning.

> **Pros**: The ease of use is the best feature.  I can clearly see the classes, by academic subject.  Two clicks and I am finished.  So many programs are complicated and take several steps to get where you want to be.  This is so easy and clear.

> **Cons**: I would like to a warning or something to indicate if I click on a class and the student already has the credit for that class.  Currently it indicates this for the classes the student took in the previous semester, but not for the entirety of their high school.
> 
> I have only positive experience with the program.

> **Pros**: The organization of the software is easy for the user to follow. The courses are listed clearly and past courses taken with grades are listed on the side so you can easily see if the student should advance.

> **Cons**: The notes do not save automatically, so if you forget to hit save you lose them. It would be amazing if a student's full transcript can appear or even classes/codes that have already been used can be greyed out, this would prevent the counselor from adding a course that the student has taken in the past.
> 
> Edsun is much easier to use then course request in STARS for the NYCDOE. I like the color of the screens and the way the courses are organized. I find it very simple. I do wish I only saw my students in the list, so I can see who I have programmed and who I missed, like maybe the students name changed color rather than the (\_days ago listed)

> **Pros**: We love using this scheduling software. Jake and his team are really responsive and it allows us to be very flexible with our scheduling. We are able to try out many different scheduling options and have a ton of control which we were looking for.
