## Reviews

### "MT football" — 5.0/5

> **Scott** | *7 October 2025* | Sports | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: We have been using Pledge It for many years now and it's our only fundraising method. It is so easy as \[sensitive content hidden\] sets everything up and our players follow the instructions. The ease at which the whole campaign runs is the best part. We wouldn't use any other fundraiser, and I have shared Pledge It with other organizations in and outside our school.
>
> **Cons**: I really don't have any complaints, nor can I think of any real cons. We have used other fundraising platforms, and Pledge It is the best.
>
> Excellent experience, as usual. \[sensitive content hidden\] is our contact person, and she is excellent. She responds promptly and makes everything run smoothly.

### "Down Syndrome Association for Pledge It" — 5.0/5

> **Heather** | *23 December 2024* | Fund-Raising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Pledge It actually cares about what we are doing and wants to see us succeed. They understand who our organization is and who we support and are actually knowledgeable about our content. Their customer service is unmatched\! You will not find folks with this level of responsiveness or knowledge anywhere else.
>
> **Cons**: I would have said the cost to use them, but with the customer service I have experienced so far, I am ok to pay a little extra to get their top notch service.

### "We love Pledge It\!" — 5.0/5

> **Lauren** | *26 November 2024* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I absolutely love the website's easy user interface and sleek look. All of our families have raved about how much easier it is to use than our last website.
>
> **Cons**: We would love for Pledge It to have an Apple Pay option for donors and a way to connect to Facebook Fundraisers.
>
> Our experience with Pledge It has been nothing but great. Our agent, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been so incredibly helpful with setting up our page, getting us to understand the back end. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to switch to do it. We are so grateful we did\!

### "Pledge It saved the day\!" — 5.0/5

> **Debra** | *4 November 2024* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Great customer support, easy to use, nice design/layout, and a great fit for birdathon events.
>
> **Cons**: Supporters are not able to make a pledge per team, only to individual participants. Users frustrated by the reminder emails they received (but they also weren't following the directions and could have entered the info and stopped receiving reminders...)
>
> Birdathon events have very specific requirements in a donation platform and not all peer-to-peer options allow you to do things like make a pledge per bird\! Our old platform went out of business very close to our event and Pledge It helped get us up and running with a user-friendly and great looking site with less than 2 weeks notice\!

### "Thumbs up for Pledge It" — 5.0/5

> **Alisha** | *23 October 2024* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Customer service, easy to use and navigate, easy to support users
>
> **Cons**: I don’t have anything, as it’s all just new learning
>
> It’s been a good year. We had three successful campaigns, and I look forward to next year being even better. Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great and he’s super responsive.
