> **Pros**: We appreciate the great help in administrative processes and the user-friendly environment.It has simplified our approval of absences in the company; complicated signing of documents; any surveys, manuals and much more... our employees have everything simply online.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it happens that it would be more logical for the user to have a function differently. In such cases, it is not a problem to discuss everything with Pinya and they are always happy to help.

> Overall, we are very satisfied with Pinyi. It helped us set up our HR processes. And even though we are not using it fully yet, we don't regret it now. We are constantly discovering new modules and it always brings us more positive experiences and simplifications. I definitely recommend this HR system.

> **Pros**: The system is very clear and easy to navigate. The training and onboarding process went smoothly, and every time we had a question, we received helpful and timely answers. The interface feels modern and user-friendly.

It’s also a bit complicated to manage different types of employment contracts and part-time workloads in bulk. During the initial import of our employee database, some data didn’t upload correctly.
