After onboarding, access to the full RecyclyERP platform is billed at £54 per user, per month + VAT (where applicable), with a minimum of three users and volume discounts available for larger teams.

Your subscription includes all core ITAD functionality with no hidden module charges — from collections and drop-off management, CRM and sales pipelines, quotes and e-signing, to inventory, harvesting, component tracking and integrated data-erasure connectors. You also get your customer portal, website builder, online payments, email marketing tools, fleet and HR management, invoicing, accounting integrations (Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks), custom dashboards, data import/export tools and more.

If you need additional support such as advanced configuration, complex data imports, extended training or custom website work, optional services are available at £500 per day.
