> **Cons**: The system is made to be used a certain way but allows you to use it the wrong way as well. I wish areas where you are suppose to search instead of type would block you from typing and give you a reminder to use the search function. Make it more impossible for people to use the product incorrectly.

> **Pros**: CivicEye is one of the most affordable RMS. It is relatively easy to use and a new user can pick up on it relatively quickly. Storing case related documents, photos, and other attachments is a great feature.

> **Cons**: CivicEye could flow a little smoother, for instance as a primarily US vendor, it certainly would make sense to find a way to have United States on the top of the list and searches could be a little easier, but the cons are few and far between and are absolutely outweighed by the pros.

> Our experience with CivicEye has been awesome. The Customer service experience has got to be the best I have ever experienced from a vendor.

> **Pros**: I like that the program is windows based and categories are just a mouse click away.  Once you learn how to navigate through it, you find it gets easier and easier.

> **Cons**: Not user friendly to start but once you get the system down, it's more than satisfactory.

> We recently began using the evidence component which has made our inventory much more stream line.  Chain of Custody forms are automatically generated.  CivicRMS is a great product which has infinite uses with the law enforcement profession.

> **Pros**: Web based, and the master name is very easy to use

> **Cons**: Staff maintenance could be better. I would like to be able to see dates of employment, promotions, productivity etc.  Year end reports are very important, and required in some cases. I would like to also see an inventory control module at some point. Vehicles, weapons, ammunition, uniforms etc.

> There have been some growing pains, and some features are not working or have not been added yet. Our old system had the feature that I wanted but they were difficult use. The new system is lacking several of those features, but the support is by far better.
