> **Pros**: For me the ability to access a reliable indicator of project cost early in the design process without spending thousands on a QS adds a huge benefit to myself and my clients who look to architects for reassurance that their project will remain in budget. Producing designs that are too expenive waste everyone's time. 
If I could convince all the builders I work with to use Buildpartner as it is intended the time saved across the board would be phenomenal. Unfortunately, as it stands half of them still use pen and paper to work out their prices, which is probably just a symptom of the scale of work.
