> **Cons**: It’s difficult to criticise, because we love the platform. One area that has confused me is when two or more extension shell types are included in a cost model, whether this leads to duplication of some preliminaries that in reality would be shared - e.g. project manager / scaffold / deliver excavator. That said, sometimes a client will later ask the implication if one of these shells can be deleted from the model (e.g. roof extension / loft conversion if they can’t afford to do everything), so having a way to unlink the shells is also positive.

> We’ve been fans from the start. It’s a great platform. The odd glitch or question is quickly responded to, so great support as well. Thank you, and keep up the great work\!
