> **Pros**: MYLE was the EMR chosen when we converted from paper charts. The team at Medfar prepared and assisted us every step of the way. The first demonstration I had with MYLE was their customer support and to this day it has still proven to be exceptional. The product is intuitive and users can be trained in a very short time (less than 2 hours) and are ready to go. Support for the end user through the support line and the online guides provide clear and accessible information to accomplish  any operational tasks for any user from admin to clinical needs. The program has allowed us to provide safe patient care and teach and supervise residents and students with ease. The great power of MYLE is the integrated analytics module that has the power to leverage the data within the EMR to drive quality and research projects. What used to take months of individual chart audits can now be done in minutes. While there are complex queries that can be undertaken, many questions can be asked of the data with a minimal training and orientation to the data model.

Paired with the patient portal, MYLE allowed us to safely provide care from anywhere and protect our patients and our staff.  I am certain we would not have been anywhere near as successful through the pandemic without MYLE.
