> **Pros**: I loved using Microsoft Exchange because it helped me email my co-workers and enabled digital communications to flow through the business.

> **Pros**: The number of features and the flexibility of the configuration.   The web based management system can handle most issues.   Very low maintenance after initial setup.

> **Cons**: Some of the commands can only be done through PowerShell, so you have to feel comfortable with PowerShell to get the full set of features.  However, there is plenty of reference material so this is not a big issue.

> We have been using Exchange Server since 2009 and have enjoyed its reliability and ease of maintenance over the years.   Looking forward to the next version of Exchange Server.
