> **Pros**: It let us move from Pre-Printed forms and gave us internal control over our forms design.

> **Cons**: - Clunky interface&#10;- Not Straight forward&#10;- Require lots of training&#10;- Live Support is only provided if you pay for OLCare&#10;- Doesn't play well with Certain Fonts.&#10;- Laggy printing generation (10-15 seconds before printing starts) &#10;- EXPENSIVE\! &#10;- No Training provided when purchasing, must pay extra for training and onboarding.

> **Pros**: PlanetPress does the job and has good features, but we found the reliance on 3rd party Java-based components within PlanetPress causes memory leaks and other issues that support in 6 years have never been solved.

> **Cons**: PlanetPress is very legacy in design and not suitable for modern IT.

> Overall the product has been fine, but in the end we found better in NiceLabel.
