> **Pros**: Product is very easy to use and developers keep trying to make it even simpler for users that don't have much experience with IT.

> **Cons**: At the beginning it was hard for our customers - teachers and children in school to understand all the procedures of enrollment (even though ProMDM provided detailed instructions with pictures), but that has been also simplified and our customers now quickly learn to use all the functionalities.

> Any issue that appeared during our work with ProMDM was solved promptly and efficiently.

> **Pros**: Once you enroll the devices, which are a part of an organisation, it's easy to manage them and to get an overall view of all the devices. 
The status of the devices is displayed very obviously which is convenient when dealing with a larger number of devices.

> **Cons**: It's not very easy to learn if you're a user who has never worked with a similar product. 
What might make it easier would be a help button next to some features or and info pop up before performing actions, especially on a larger number of devices.
Also, it would be convenient if there was a way to simply transfer devices from one group to another without having to change all of the tags.

> Working in ProMDM is very fun once you learn how to use it. It offers a lot of possibilities and actions which make it easier to handle a large group of devices. Although it lacks some features it is frequently updated so I'm certain there will be more features coming which will make using the product easier.
I work as a helpdesk agent and offer support to school administrators who use ProMDM and the product makes it easy to see excatly what the user is doing and when. This makes it easier to pinpoint the mistakes the user may be doing and avoid them happening in the future.

> **Cons**: Too much side options on the Dashboard (confusing for customers with low IT knowledge). Constant bugs while importing devices. Groups not refreshing right after setting new tags.
