Building a company involves building its systems, processes and making sure that everyone can work together collaboratively in an organized way without compromising the security of the company. Patronum made all of this so much easier. They solve a real problem with great elegance.

When you are a founder the admin side is the less glamorous side of what you are doing but if you neglect it, it can cause a lot of chaos and frustration down the line. Proper drive structure, folder structure, naming conventions, group permission and easy on and off-boarding has all been solved by Patronum.

> **Pros**: Patronum offers many features that SHOULD be native to the Google Workspace experience. Patronum allowed me to do things I could NOT do in G-Drive, and FAST. Google leaves so much to be desired on their design...and Patronum fills in the gaps and makes things EASY. Simple things like exporting a file list or searching for external emails/users is not possible in Google, yet Patronum makes it a breeze. I am so grateful and want to shout Patronum's praises from the rooftops\!

(e.g.  I would see a message saying "unsharing 862/862 files"...but then later a few leftover files would appear that still needed to be unshared. No big deal though. I'd just repeat the process and clean up the residual files.

I tried speaking with Google reps, using coded scripts, and other methods—all with no success. Our files were a mess and cleaning them up in bulk was starting to seem impossible. Then I saw Patronum mentioned in a Reddit thread and decided to give it a shot... Using the free trial, I was able to do what I’d been struggling with for weeks. Patronum solved the problem perfectly, and I couldn’t believe how easy it was\!

I didn’t explore all the features (like email signatures etc.), as I was focused on “unsharing files”…but Patronum got the job done in a way nothing else could\! I want to recommend this tool to everyone\!  The trial lasts 30 DAYS and includes all the features, so you have nothing to lose. Try Patronum–you won't be disappointed\!

> **Pros**: The ability to centrally manage so many components of our users lifecycle. Using the google admin panel is not user friendly and very unorganized. Patronum has basically replaced the need for our Admins to use google admin panel and use patronum as our employee access management tool. It has everything built into the platform, including signature management, contact sharing, file permission, etc..

> **Cons**: Some of the limits API limitations are more on the google side.
> 
> The entire experience from pre sale, demo, to deployment was extremely smooth and well done.
