> **Pros**: I can get through my call efficiently and quickly most of the time. The employees try and make sure they help you to the best of their ability.

> **Cons**: The call center cannot be reached past normal business hours.

> Overall im satisfied with how much i pay and because they insure their phones through allstate who reimburses the customer for damaged or lost phones on full if protection plan was purchased by customer.
