However, they’re not as efficient as they should be, since it’s impossible to keep a 100% accurate record of customers, stamps, rewards, and transactions. As a result, this can lead to disputes with customers over lost or duplicated cards, and the business also lacks metrics to measure whether its loyalty program is truly working.

In contrast, Boomerang’s system eliminates all these issues that a physical card based loyalty program can present, while also empowering businesses to enhance their loyalty programs and genuinely increase their sales.
