> **Pros**: The functionality and reliability have been great, but one of the biggest positives for me has been the customer service. The Engage by Cell team has always been responsive and helpful. When we’ve needed additional messaging credits, they’ve gotten them added quickly so we could keep our communications moving. When we had a question about a metric on one of our automated reports, they took the time to investigate it and came back to us with both an answer and a workable solution.

> **Cons**: The main downside for us has been the additional cost as our texting lists and usage have grown. We’ve needed to purchase stand-alone bundles of additional messaging credits several times beyond what is included in our annual contract. It’s something I would recommend organizations take into consideration when budgeting, especially if you expect your texting program to grow.

> We’ve been using Engage by Cell for about three years, and overall, we’ve had a very positive experience. We use it for both individual and mass SMS/MMS messaging—everything from appointment reminders and general customer communications to job fair announcements, recruitment events, registration information, and more. Being able to include flyers, forms, and other documents with our messages has also been really helpful. 

Overall, I would definitely recommend Engage by Cell. It’s been a reliable and effective way for us to connect with our customers, and having a responsive team behind the platform has made a big difference. If you have the budget to accommodate your messaging volume as it grows, it’s a great tool.
