Continued billing despite clear instructions

The service delivered did not match what was promised, and attempts to cancel the subscription were not properly handled, resulting in ongoing charges.

We have now escalated this matter to QCAT.

Based on our experience, I recommend keeping away from this business.

> I tried Birdeye when it was launched and the concept was great, but the product support was garbage and they couldn't keep track of what they offered my firm for the pricepoint, it kept changing and was a source of frustration for me.   offshore support personnel try to be friendly but are fairly useless when you need something done quickly and it takes too many unnecessary steps to get the right person don't he phone
