> When I used Insights for You in my NKU undergrad class a couple years ago, data was displayed in a hexagonal map. It was easy to see strengths and weaknesses. With the bar charts separated by drop-down menus, it is hard to get a wholistic picture of your quantitative rankings. There was also an app, which I prefer over the web experience. Also, I wish there was an administrator function that could automatically start feedback rounds for groups. Currently, each individual is tasked with starting their own feedback round, leading to inconsistent feedback deadlines.

Not directly your fault but it needed you to recommend much more extensive testing before going live. It gave the product a bad name in the first few days and disrrupted the momentum.
