> **Pros**: Any issue I've ever had, I simply text the TxtSquad team and they have immediately (within an hour maybe 2) walked me through either my error or fixed the issue on their side within the day. The issues have been very minor, and have not impacted my client relations.

> **Cons**: It's still evolving, as it is relatively new but for me this is a plus as a customer in on the ground floor I have the opportunity to provide insight on what features could be added. I don't know anything specifically but as I am using this uniquely (texting reminders to student to watch videos, ie not marketing/selling) the TxtSquad team did take the time to learn how I was using it to help them brainstorm new features.

The product/service is easy to use, and the support has been excellent, with \[sensitive content hidden\]  working with us to implement new features and customize the product for our specific purposes. Using TxtSquad has been critical to grow our engagement with our users and provide ways to track and make changes to make our program more efficient.

> It has been good so far. Most residents thinks it's great. However we have had a few to ask to be removed as they did thought it was for extreme emergencies only and we have been using it for important messages we feel residents need to know like change in garbage pick ups, water issues or road closures. We had someone ask why all residents don't get the messages at the same time as in extreme emergencies all people should receive at same time. A delay in getting the message could be a problem.

> **Pros**: The ease of using the product from both a desktop or phone and co using this with another manager.  So many people use text as the primary means of communication it makes sense that the engagement levels are so high.  I can see real time conversations between the other manager and staff while focusing on other matters if needed.

> **Cons**: Minor stuff that could only be described as personal preferences.   We notice that while using from our desktop that when we are typing, if we hit enter it auto sends the message.  In the big picture it is such a small Con.  It is hard to think of anything we really don't enjoy about this product.

> Like the title says, Game Changer\!  As our organization grew we knew changes had to be made to increase efficiency.  The days of individual texts to staff or large emails to our customer base were both time consuming and lacked engagement.  The product TxtSquad has developed is easy to navigate making the change welcome from the start.  Having the ability for all our admin staff to have shared use makes our commitment to better communication a reality.  When using it for our customer communication purposes, nothing compared to the speed and engagement we received.  Sending over 8000 texts direct to customers in under 2 hours helps us know they are getting the notifications in time.  Switching from email was only common sense.The exceptional customer service is also something we like to share as a reason everyone should be using this app.  Like anything, nothing is perfect and during the early days because of our mass usage of the app we were finding some bugs that may not have been noticed.  Anytime we reached out with a suggestion or concern it was always met with professionalism and the team was quick to make the necessary changes to the app.All in all, we could never think of going back to our old ways and have no reason to source any other product.
