> **Cons**: The user interface is not the best and it's full of bugs. The ISO module is awful and could be so much simpler. It's just so bloated that it's not the easiest to use.

> Fairly bad. You need a dependable HR system that you can reply on, and this isn't it. Our HR lead uses this all the time and is so frustrated, it's really not the easiest to use and could be so much simpler.
