The UX on other software has often led to time spent running reports and digging for the information, whereas Zenbridge presents it straight away. Additionally, the level of support we're receiving is incomparable to any other provider we work with. Nesan is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. His work with us has definitely given us the confidence to move more of our retail accounts to the Zenbridge platform. > > **Cons**: I currently cannot search for an Inventory Advice (846). I believe it's the only document in the EDI transaction that I can't search for. The Zenbridge product connects to a variety service providers and retailers and provides a consistent API interface to them. Compared to more modern integration technologies, EDI is not elegant. That said, the Zenbridge product provides an elegant and simplified approach to EDI development.In addition to the product, the Team at Zenbridge is awesome. The Management, Delivery Manager, Developers, and Support are incredible. They always communicate proactively. Also, they help with communicating with retailers regarding requirements. This has been a huge help to us. We let them know who we are onboarding and they take over from there. After they complete their work, the API is accessible and we begin development. It is a really clean approach.I feel comfortable having Zenbridge as a partner. I can't say enough good things about them. > > **Cons**: I like everything about Zenbridge.
