Website is great, user experience is not

Comments: The service and idea is great, we are working with many vendors on long term basis.Interface really needs to be improved.It is wayy too difficult to follow all the orders if they are constantly being moved between different mailboxes.I'd love to find all the previous orders in one place instead of scrolling through messages.

Pros:

Great choice of vendors and freelancers providing outstanding services.Many options, reviews, option to message the vendor first.Good pricing options, responsive customer service.Add ons to services, Expedite service available.

Cons:

Interface is complicated, can't find my previous orders since they are hidden at the end of communication chain. The communication is tough to follow especially if many orders are in place. Don't understand the reason for moving the email flow to the inbox after the order is delivered.

A little patience goes a long way to a job well done!

Comments: Seamless. No issues with the quality and huge assortment of jobs that Fiverr offers. Very happy.

Pros:

I love Fiverr for small, quick little jobs that I don't want to have to do myself or find someone on our staff to do. I can find a specialist usually within 5 - 10 minutes to do the job, and make the deal. I was only disappointed once in the quality of what I received, however the rest of the time I have been ecstatic and paid a fraction of the price of what I would have elsewhere. It sometimes takes patience to find the right freelancer at the right price, but I assure you - it's worth it!

Cons:

Sometimes there is a big disparity on price for the same item - you have do your due diligence and make sure you're finding the right job for a fair price for everyone. Not always does the most $$ equals the best. So I guess the con is - it takes time and patience sometimes to get it right.

They protect scammers

Comments: Absolutely horrible, would only recommend it with lots of caution and maybe a legal team on your side.There customer support is next level horrendous and absolutely useless to get any kind of help beyond what they deem to be acceptable even if it impacts you as the customer negatively.

Pros:

Vast and majority of vendors that offer a lot of services.

Cons:

There isn't any kind of quality control nor is there tech support very helpful. They force you to stay within the business to utilize in-house credit because even when a website is delivered that isn't working or malfunctioning it is still deemed as delivered and the service requirement was fulfilled so refunds can't be given. There isn't a phone number to call and every time you get a response per email it is from someone else.

The best freelance marketplace

Comments: Very useful - good for businesses instead of having to hire.

Pros:

Very useful in connecting with freelance workers. There is also safeguards in place to prevent scams.

Cons:

Prices can be deceiving in initial offers as they display these prices so that people click on the service however it isnt always reflective of the final price.

Fiverr, A Platform With Many Services

Pros:

I love everything about Fiverr, because it accommodates everyone, freelancers, those in need of a service and those who love affiliate marketing. Currently I use it for affiliate marketing, that is another way one could earn from this platform.

Cons:

I attempted applying as a freelancer but I was always troubled when it comes to completing my profile, the website wouldn't let me move forward and unfortunately, one cannot get jobs prior completing the profile, but maybe the application process has changed.
