> **Pros**: Decent transcription tool, that integrates AI services like highlights and an AI chat to interact with the recording meetings content.

> **Cons**: Support and AI services, severely lacking. They never respond and while the AI features like chat and highlight are good, they don't count towards the quota correctly so your AI usage is innacurate.

> Poor, I think it's a decent service but the lack of any support communication is very disappointing and frustrating.

> **Pros**: This tool provides the end user with a variety of meeting tools,. My favorite are definitely the transcription and key point tools, which allow you to flag any topics that are of importance. I use it with Google Chrome / Meet, which only requires two clicks to install, and it's ready to go\!

> **Cons**: The only downside I've found is that closed captions need to remain on for the tool to work properly. If they're turned off, the tool stops transcribing and the ability to make notes can be lost. However, I've already provided this feedback to the Laxis team, who was super responsive and receptive of the feedback. They're already working on a solution\!

My favorite thing about it is that it also has a mobile app. I use it at every meeting to record, transcribe, and obtain, a meeting summary, customer requirements, actionable items, and follow up email copy and all of those made with the push of a button by their AI.

> **Cons**: Integration with some conference apps can use some improvements and AI features are still under development so it will take a bit until the team identifies the best value that they can provide to all.

> **Cons**: The software is still in its infancy, the design and functionality could be more closely integrated, and some clutter could be reduced. Often software like this gets in the way, and while Laxis isn't a huge offender, it's a word of caution to them not to be.

> Laxis has been a blessing since we've all been working from home for years. It's the meeting assistant you didn't know you needed, but can't live without once you use it.

> **Pros**: I typically take a lot of notes during meetings, forcing me to pause in order to catch up. With Laxis, the conversation doesn't have to stop - I can focus on talking and listening.  And since it is automatically loaded with Google Meet, I don't have to remember to transcribe.

> **Cons**: Ideally, I could create templates that include my questions, so I can keep the conversation consistent when I am doing research. And I would like to be able to hide the captions during my meeting, knowing they are captured in Laxis.

> This is very good, easy to use software, especially for something so new to the market. Other similar tools seem to be overly complicated.
