> **Pros**: Extremly easy to use for all hierarchical and educational levels of employees. Proactive, not passive. The forecasts with artificial intelligence. Being at the pulse of the company

> **Cons**: the design of the dashboard could be improved, but the team of FLOWIT told us that is already work in progress.

> Our employees now have a real voice, especially because we have many field workers, what is difficult to manage and hearing them in real time.
We have reduced our attrition by over 4% and this is already saving us over CHF 350'000.-/year with around 70 employees.
