What Is Rolldog?

Rolldog is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Enablement solution that helps companies manage their business relationships, increase revenue, and boost sales & marketing effectiveness. Rolldog also offers a suite of CRM-related solutions, including a Lead/Opportunity Management module designed to help companies already running a CRM to drastically improve the way they qualify, manage, score and close opportunities.

Who Uses Rolldog?

Rolldog is a CRM and Sales Enablement solution built for B2B companies in the SMB to Enterprise space looking to manage their business relationships and increase revenue.

Rolldog Software - Rolldog provides quick access and visibility into what matters most to every user.  From the HUB module, users can choose between KPI profiles and personalize their view settings.
Rolldog Software - Rolldog's Accounts module provides 360 degree visibility into an account (i.e. customers/clients, prospects, etc.).  All account-related activities, correspondence, opportunities, projects, support tickets and additional (user-def.) fields are available.
Rolldog Software - Forecast numbers provide teams and managers with real-time visibility into opportunity numbers compared to quota targets. Users can quickly select any opportunity variable to see the impact on the numbers (i.e. - timeframe, type, status, manager, etc.).
Rolldog Software - Projects allow services and support teams to plan out and execute on any type of project.  With GANTT views by phase, projects can be tracked against timelines, hours and costs, with activity linking from all sources (incl. email) to every project phase.

My Personal Experience in Customer Relationship Management.

Comments: The truth was very positive and I would consider recommending the tool to other companies looking to improve their approach to customer relationship management and sales.

Pros:

The ability to customize fields, workflows, and screens to fit my company's specific processes is generally a strong point.

Cons:

On some occasions you may experience platform performance or speed issues, especially when handling a large volume of data.

Pros:

Really like the Opportunity Manager. It really drills down deep into sales opportunities and gives you a good 'objective' view of where you are on a deal as well as where the weaknesses are that you need to focus on. Sale folks in general have 'happy ears' leaning into the strongest parts of a relationship but sometimes not seeing the warning signs. The Opportunity Manager really helps highlight these areas to strengthen the relationship and thus the outcome.

Cons:

At first it was missing some tools that we really needed, like interfacing to an email campaign tool, email tracking via Outlook, and just a general lack of focus on prospecting versus once you are engaged with the prospect. However, in the last couple of years the Rolldog team has really made strides in these areas and even released a Leads module to focus on the prospecting side, this has been a large improvement.

I transformed my sales process

Comments: One of the things that impressed me the most was the seamless integration with my sales process because I was able to easily import my contacts and set up a custom sales funnel that suited my specific business needs.

Pros:

What I liked the most is the ease of use and the perfect integration with my sales process. Since I started using this platform, I was able to organize my contacts, do a more detailed follow-up of my opportunities and manage all my tasks efficiently.

Cons:

There is one aspect that I would like to mention as a possible improvement and that is the interface customization could be a bit more flexible. While I can tailor the fields and stages of the sales funnel to my needs, I'd like even more freedom to customize the layout and look of the platform to my preferences.

Comments: Fantastic - happy to recommend to all.

Pros:

We were looking for a new CRM for quite sometime to migrate off an aging platform. With a small team, we didn't want to be dragged into a long project cycle. Rolldog now only delivered a smooth implementation but robust product with features that are constantly being released.

Cons:

Nothing so far - great team and great product.
