> I am happy to capture the guest's data at the pre-stay stage to personalize their stay and give them an option for paid services to upsell before they arrive at the hotel. With in-stay features, we managed to know about guests' satisfaction/dissatisfaction while they were still with us, which allowed us to reduce the number of negative feedback from guests.
