Has tons of options for campaigns, segmentation and is very dynamic on every aspect - rulesets, content, segmentation etc

Great support team, super responsive and friendly

> **Cons**: the journey planning is mediocre at best, difficult platform to plan a flow based on actions from the clients, defiantly a place to improve the clients platform experience

> The overall experience was lovely, the campaigns are being sent properly with no issues,
The segmentation is advanced and effective.
Definitely their is a place to grow but I would still recommend this platform
