> **Pros**: The intuitive nature of the program is what stands out the most to me. I hate using software where you have to learn a whole new set of skills to be able to use. Raven is very user-friendly.

> **Cons**: The only thing that comes to mind with room for improvement would be the aesthetics of the survey page. Maybe add some backdrops or a few more customization capabilities for the appearance of the survey itself. Other than that, the program is great.

> **Pros**: Raven has been a great use to our company in collecting feedback from our customers. The cost is very reasonable, the set up was a breeze, and our questions were answered quickly by the support team. The post-survey data was easily visualized and analyzed through there available charts. You can also export the data and analyze it yourself if needed.

> **Cons**: We really don't have anything negative to say about using Raven for our data collection. Everything went smoothly as mentioned above.
> 
> This software met all our criteria and at a very reasonable cost (with no hidden fees.) We are very satisfied with Raven.
