We use to internally file and collect insurance certificates from customers and it was a challenge to collect all of that paper and to effectively track the insuarnce certificates.

The support from the myCOI team is excellent as they are very quick to respond  \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a pleasure to work with as she is very helpful in answering any questions  that we have.  Also, i often email \[sensitive content hidden\] from the myCOI support team and he is very helpful in responsding as there are times in which we request to expedite the review of a particular insurance certificate and he accomodates the request promptly.
