Once i received my first transfer they blocked it and asked me a bank statement with my adress. I sent it but they refused it because they dont accept revolut bank statement. So i have to canceled received transfer and they refuse to pay me back the subscription. Every invoice or proof of adress and my name they refuse it. Because they also need your full name. Second , and third first name on the invoice. That is not existed in France... They refused to reimburse me. It s a very bad service and company. One of the worst experiences I can recall with re-request after re-request for data already provided, and then THEY made errors thinking my name was my Banks Name and then THEY cancelled my transaction (probably out of shame given the disgusting disservice they gave me).
