Pros:
Allows us to accelerate work flows. Easy to use.
Cons:
Some bugs still existing, but support is very helpful and trying to fix the issues.

Intuitiveness - easy to teach newcommers on how to use PACTA.

Non-PACTA-user experience, e.g. German language first in e-mails sent for e-signature, no description after submitting the form, etc.

Pros:
Pacta is a great document automatization tool saving you a lot of time, when used in the correct way.
Cons:
The creation of the forms takes a while, but you will be quicker once you have done it a few times
