> **Pros**: Azure cognitive services exposes a bunch of super powerful APIs for Vision, Speech, Language \& Intelligent Decision making. Through these services we can leverage the powerful features of AI and Machine Learning without having any specific or generic knowledge on the same.

> **Cons**: I think this is a costly software whose cost need to be reduced for dev \& UAT environments use.

> Actually we wanted to read the Image files using the RPA software's but it was not giving accurate info .Hence we tried for the Azure Cognitive service - Computer vision for recognizing the individual images and read its attribute and texts. It really surprised us by giving the best results\!\!\!

> **Pros**: Azure cognitive services come with a large selection of pre-built ML and AI tools that make it extremely simple to do machine learning simply with drag and drop movements. You can also easily sync your projects across devices and developers by utilizing OneDrive.

> **Cons**: For some hourly billed services, the cost may escalate pretty quickly and so and you have to be careful. Although the menu of tools is very big, a lot of those tools are locked by default and there is really no other solution but to contact the customer support to ask them to unlock the services for you. I had really thought that there probably were some issues with my subscription that prevent me from using those services and wasted a lot of time trying to figure them out on my end .
