You get an actual person, fast, and they answer the question you asked. The AI support is the same way. It gives you a real, detailed answer instead of pointing you to a pre-written FAQ page, which is my biggest pet peeve with basically every other app out there. The AI form builder is great too, it's saved me a ton of time building out our forms. And they're constantly adding features and upgrading things. It never feels like a product that's just sitting there. Super user friendly, feels like it was built this decade. > > **Cons**: Honestly not much. Because they're adding features so often, there's the odd time I open the app and I get distracted exploring the new features to learn. If I'm being picky, I'd love for all the upcoming features on their roadmap to already be here today (job role specific training matrix, yes please). There are small flow things I'd tweak that don't really change my opinion. The one on my wish list is being able to set specific sections of a form to auto-fill or carry over from the last one, while locking other sections so they can't. Take an FLHA for example. Copy over the crew, location, and task details so guys aren't retyping the same thing every morning, but never copy over the hazards. Those should be a blank page every single time so nobody gets complacent and just hits submit. That's it, and knowing how often they ship updates I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up. > > I manage HSE and admin across a couple of companies in BC and Alberta, so I've used a few of these platforms. Site App Pro is the one I wish I'd found first. I'm actually cancelling SiteDocs for my other company and moving everyone over to Site App Pro because it's that much easier to run day to day.
