> **Pros**: -  Gewenste balans tussen kosten en functionaliteit wat betekent dat we meer van onze fondsen kunnen richten op het direct ondersteunen van onze kernmissie: "Zonder Honger Naar School\!"

- Deskundige begeleiding, geduldige trainingssessies en persoonlijke aandacht hebben gezorgd voor soepele implementatie.

- Aanpassingsvermogen en bereidheid van het Xapti-team om te begrijpen wat onze specifieke behoeften waren, heeft ons geholpen het CRM-systeem te configureren op een manier die aansluit bij onze organisatie.

- Efficiënter beheer van onze contacten, communicatie met onze deelnemers (ouders/kinderen), donateurs, partners en vrijwilligers kunnen we hiermee aanzienlijk verbeteren.
