> **Pros**: It's easy to use. I was able to understand the concept in few minutes and then try most of the options in matter of few hours. Next day I started to implement first process templates. The optimal balance between functionality and appearance. Simple graphics, somewhat similar to Wikipedia, allow the program to work quickly.It has a great desktop for employees who will only be doing tasks and not scheduling. (called Guests)

It's very inuitive and easy to use for the people who are designing the process and also for the people who are working with it. There is a great API that gives you the ability to integrate it in your existing software landscape.

> **Cons**: The most requested feature on our side is a multi-lingual support. Because our employees are not very familiar with English, that is a little problem, but no showstopper at all for us.
