> **Pros**: I am using for a small business in construction Exact Online since 2015.  The motivation was to go away from traditional accountant and work online together and we succeeded in that vision. We use it for the following financial insiights:- Enter sales invoices- View creditor reports and send reminders- Scan purchase invoices and view debtor reports- daily banking transactions

> **Cons**: The setup was quite complex and therefore without the accountant or a day of training you cannot start with using Exact Online bookkeeping. As I am a 'heavy' user with IT background when I experience a problem, I go and search in the support knowledge base myself and when I do not find the solution I need to escalate, well since a few years the support is a 'first line Indian' support and it sucks. I dislike the fact that in a sales invoice you can only enter 10 line items and then it switches to a 2nd screen and you do not see the first 10 lines anymore in the interface.
