> **Pros**: Easy to use built in integrations with the most used Ecommerce platforms. Realtime inventory tracking and shipment tracking

> **Cons**: They need to improve the "kitting" process, it works great in real life, but putting into their system is over complicated and involves too many steps. They need to provide better order tracking features such that if an order is being returned to sender, a notification should be triggered.

> My experience has been very positive and I will continue using them as long as their pricing structure stays the same. Their customer service is always very helpful
