Even when a client sends an invite correctly, it doesn't reach my email inbox for the invite to to be accepted. I get email from the client outside of QBO. I get Intuit Marketing email without a problem. It is not on the accountant or client side. They shouldn't have to create another user with a different email address. My ability to serve my clients is impacted. Allowing accountants to request access would solve this recurring Quickbooks Invite failure. > > The user experience with QuickBooks shouldn't be compromised.
