We’ve also found the invoicing features to be efficient and reliable, saving us a lot of time. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions, and the overall value for money is excellent given the range of features included.

We love the customer waterfall feature and the ability to catch errors and correct on the spot. Also love the clever way to treat prepaid usage and the ability to find and amortize prepaid expenses.

> The product is very well thought out. The GUI is nice. The team is responsive. We switched from Maxio after using them for several years and are much happier...not to mention, grateful for the lower pricing\!

It’s particularly strong for ARR waterfalls and provides clear, reliable metric dashboards for management reporting. The customer service has also been very good — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when we’ve needed support.
