> **Pros**: ScaleXP adds functionality to Xero that would usually require a much more powerful accounts package or ERP, helping to reduce month-end close time and presenting data in a clear and informative manner — for both finance and non-finance users alike. The AI report builder makes it easy to produce ad hoc reports on demand, which is a genuinely valuable feature.

> **Cons**: Genuinely have not come across anything negative. The team are knowledgeable and receptive to new ideas and improvements, which is quite refreshing in this day and age.

We love the customer waterfall feature and the ability to catch errors and correct on the spot. Also love the clever way to treat prepaid usage and the ability to find and amortize prepaid expenses.

The customer service has also been very good — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when we’ve needed support.
