> **Pros**: We use this software to organize and manage the event inventory for all of our clients. Inventorypro has been crucial in allowing us to accurately manage the inventory as well as reserve items so we know when everthing is available. On top of that, we are able to give our clients access to streamline orders

> **Cons**: This is not really the fault of the software but the initial upload of all the items into the software is really important and can be time consuming to upload all of the images.
> 
> Overall the experience has been great\! it is an overall easy tool to use and my team got trained on it really quickly.

Our clients can now access their inventory (with images) and event calendar with a click of button and reserve their entire exhibit in less than 2 minutes AND at the same time record that reservation for future reservations and reporting. On the back end -  an entire pick list is created in detail for our team ready for them to pick, pack, ship and deliver.  
A process that used to take hours and create quite the paper trail is now minutes and all digital\!  Happy clients and efficient team - Truly a Win Win for all\!

> **Pros**: Solved many of the issues we faced managing client assets. Far superior to our previous database system and better than every other alternative we explored.

> **Cons**: Porting existing asset data from Filemaker Pro was not difficult, Inventorypro handles it fine.  It was simply tedious because we didn't have the best dataset and had to deduplicate and map fields very carefully.
