The best PDF management tool

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: Overall my usage of the Adobe Acrobat Pro is good as it provides me the necessary tools for me to convert files into PDF File format.

Pros:

The best feature of the Adobe Acrobat Pro is its management of different files, and turning it into a PDF file format.

Cons:

The one problem is that is the clunkiness of editing the different elements of a file especially if the file is from a word format.

Classic option: Good for basics, Pro version needed for many tasks

3.0 2 months ago

Comments: There’s a pretty big difference between paid and free, and it is more of a gateway product. Once you start getting frustrated with its limits, you tend to need to more to another tool. However, it does have more options than most standard pdf editors.

Pros:

I would definitely say Adobe is the original standard for a PDF editor and signature tool. It’s powerful and can do a variety of tasks, including simple edits that prevent you from needing another solution. It’s less commonly used as a signature tool in my experience but for those smaller companies, it could be nice to avoid multiple softwares.

Cons:

It feels overly expensive if purchasing solo and not as part of the cloud. I have ended up using other more cloud-based online services to save money on the monthly cost. It is also finicky to do some editing (i.e. it’s less good at formatting) better for filling in, removing pages, and signatures. You run into major limits unless you pay, and it’s annoying to use the free version once you’re used the full version.

4.0 3 months ago

Comments: My overar experience with Adobe is good. I would recommend it to anyone. Looking for a software that will organize and upload documents, signed documents. Read documents to you.It is a good thing to have on your side

I know you're gonna have to do all the reading myself.I can also organize all my emails and photos anything that sent to a dope resuperated and organized

Cons:

Cost of monthly membership hit the pause surprise cheaper.More and more people would use this software and see how amazing it really is

Adobe Acrobat: The Best

5.0 last week New

Comments: My overall experience with Adobe Acrobat has been great! Been using it for years and years at work and there is honestly not a more customizable, user-friendly app/system out there to use.

Pros:

Super easy to customize anything on what you are viewing. Couldn't be more simple to edit and notate on documents.

Cons:

There is honestly nothing I don't like- it can be a little bit touchy at times when you are first learning but it's super easy to navigate.

Great program, worth the money

4.0 last month New

Comments: In most cases, Adobe Acrobat is easy to use and exceptionally good at handling PDFs. I use it a lot for making forms and I have no complaints.

Pros:

Exceptional functionality with an easy-to-use interface. It's easy to navigate and can do basically anything imaginable with a PDF

Cons:

The OCR function is less than perfect. I find that it struggles pulling text from images or trying to read handwriting much more that some other (often free) options.

Comments: Overall, Subscribing with this apps really helps our organization to do lots of things faster than any other tools.

Pros:

Super easy to edit, change data format, & organize data.

Cons:

Every time I'm trying to copy some text within documents, small message box will pop up and will ask you where do you like to open like you are trying to open hyperlink though it isn't one.

Cons:

You can't just edit anything but that's the point. PDFs are not meant to be redesigned.

A Necessity That’s Easy to Love!

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Very positive! I use it almost every single day, and it makes my encounters with PDFs and several other types of files enjoyable. It’s easy to navigate, and has good value for what it’s worth!

Pros:

I like how versatile it is with PDFs. I have a freedom with editing them, exporting them, sending them, etc. that I didn’t have before. This app is easy to understand and pick up for beginners, which I also really appreciated

Cons:

Sometimes, the application only opens up within my web browser and not as its own independent browser. I think this has to do with some app settings that have been a little confusing for me to figure out. Would appreciate more of a troubleshooting aspect from Adobe on that

Adobe Acrobat

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: I have had a very positive experience. Adobe has so many functions for it. I find it convenient when I'm able to book classes and find proper links for the use of this program.

Pros:

Having the ability to edit documents, especially old documents from the 90s and older, is very convenient for the job I do. Having the ability to add in documents to already archive folders is also convenient. My company, being spilt into 2 different towns, is able to use the signature program so urgent documents wont need to wait for physical transfer. Helps us speed a lot of processes up.

Cons:

I do find it hard to use new programs and stay up with changes as I age. It would be nice for have really quick hyperlinks for step by step videos. For it to be available on the site bars would be nice.

Acrobat - Seamless PDF workflow for any creative

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: Overall, Acrobat is to ultimate go-to for creating and editing PDFs. I enjoy the new features Adobe brings to the table with each iteration of the title.

Pros:

Adobe Acrobat is best in class when it comes to PDF creation and management. It is the industry standard and has become more and more feature-stocked over the years.

Cons:

I dislike that Acrobat will not allow more than two signatures to be stored in a profile. There are instances when I need to sign documents with my personal name (sometimes with just my maiden name when needed) or my business name. However, Acrobat only allows a max of two signatures, making it complicated to use different signatures for different reasons or allowing a team member to use my software (like my husband because he does not have a subscription nor does he understand Adobe anything). I am also annoyed that Acrobat is not consistent when editing a PDF - typefaces will change and often divert to an unknown numbered system font, which cannot be downloaded or matched without recreating the entire document. It needs better font recognition and replacement options.

Adobe Acrobat Pro User for YEARS

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: Conveniency is one the best features Adobe Acrobat Pro could possibly offer. It is so easy to navigate through your document. You can easily sign a PDF file, edit it even, you can even rearrange or reorder pages of your PDF file. The best feature for me is definitely being able to put text on the PDF file, which helped me a lot when I need to fill up forms.

Pros:

It's amazing that anything that you could possibly need to do for a PDF file is already available in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I appreciate it back then when I was still doing online homeschooling because most of my activity sheets are PDF Files.

Cons:

Before, since I was still a student back then, I couldn’t afford an upgrade of other features but nonetheless, it was still helpful all throughout my high school years.

Pros:

I really enjoy using Adobe Reader since Digital Signature was introduced. It really helps me with signing documents and getting them signed by partners. The fact that this can be done from any device is very important.

Adobe Acrobat is Soaring

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: I am happy with Adobe Acrobat and how it enhances PDF files into a more presentable and organized file as a by-product of the overall feature of the software.

Pros:

I like Adobe Acrobat because of simplicity and how easy you can access it. It has features that makes this software rise about the rest of its competition. This product is user-friendly and has arrays of features that would make a more usable and concise PDF file.

Cons:

The thing that I like the least about Adobe Acrobat is the minimal development and changes to its features as repeats of the same commands are still there even through a number of updates and newer versions that has come out into the market.

Adobe Acrobat - PDF power

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Adobe Acrobat is the best app I used until now for managing PDF files, it has a lot of features, collaboration, signing and editing witch every business needs. Is easy to setup and use and is available for Window and mobile devices too.

Pros:

The best feature for me is the digital signing, it helps me a lot with different documents that needs to be signed and saves a lot of time and paper. Another features I use is the document cloud, makes it easy to manage and organize all my documents and access them from anywhere.

Cons:

Maybe the costs, is not a deal breaker but I think is just a little high.

Essential for viewing and editing documents

5.0 6 months ago

Pros:

Adobe Acrobat has easily become part of my everyday software stack. It's very user friendly! From viewing invoices, editing PDFs, and signing documents, I rarely go a day without using it.

Cons:

My main complaint is that it often glitches and freezes, which can become quite frustrating when I'm in the middle of using the software. Often times, I'll be in the middle of working on a document and end up losing my work.

A delight for my documents!

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: Positive for sure! I enjoy the features it offers, and it does exactly as promised. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable way to edit and view important documents.

Pros:

The user interface is very easy to navigate! I love using adobe acrobat for long papers and texts I have to study because it allows me to comment and highlight anything crucial. Converting my documents to PDF is easy, and the document text shows up clearly and without error. Compared to other document viewing applications I have used, Adobe acrobat offers a range of services I apply to my work on the daily. As aforementioned, I particularly enjoy the comments feature as I can pinpoint pieces of information exactly!

Cons:

I will say, I don't love the pricing of Adobe acrobat. I am a student and am always looking for cheap services on which to do my work. However, I have found that Adobe acrobat always delivers, hence I cannot complain.

Comments: Overall Acrobat Reader is the app I use for document management and signing, is very easy to use and has not flaws from my point of view.

Pros:

As a PDF viewer Acrobat is the the best, had no issue with it and an important thing to mention is that is available on all platforms, desktop and mobile too. Another feature that I use with pleasure is the signing, this really helps me with all my contracts, being able to sign them digitally is important and saves me a lot of time being able to review and sign any type of document on the go.

Cons:

Acrobat is a very stable and complete app, there aren't things you can like less.

Simply The Best

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: Overall I've had a great experience with Adobe Acrobat. I use it almost daily with my job. It's definitely great bank for your buck with what I use it for. Super great value. It's also super easy to use, especially once you learn everything about it. It's made a world of difference for my coworkers and I with our jobs.

Pros:

There are so many features that are available. The ones that I use the most are combining files and PDF text editing. Makes everything for my job SO much easier. I am able edit documents quickly and easily.

Cons:

There are times when it is a bit slow, and it takes time for documents to load. There are also some times when the font in the original document isn't in Adobe's system so I have to change the font of the entire file.
