> **Pros**: Trella is incredibly easy to navigate and is leading the market in has great claims data that is way a head from other claims data programs.  Having access to Provider's MCR Part A \& B utilization is very helpful.

> **Cons**: The small icons and trying to remember what each of them stand for can be tricky in the beginning.

> Overall using Trella has been an incredible experience.  I have used it with both HH and Hospice agencies and ease of use is superior to claims data built into CRMs.
