- I would like to add "excellent support", but since I never had to contact them...

> **Pros**: It's easy and quick to stand up infrastructure at a very reasonable cost. The interface for the admini portal is intuitive and support is very quick to respond to inquiries.

> **Cons**: It is somewhat limited in services offered if you compare with the bigger cloud providers such as MS or AWS. It's more geared toward standing up VMs, cloud servers, vs. cloud elasticity and cloud application architecture.
> 
> Overall it has 100% met the needs for my client in a scenario where all they really need is a VM server in the cloud to connect to and run some applications. Support is good, price is good, so it's been a positive experience.

> **Pros**: Very easy to create instances. Very good pricing.

> **Cons**: Hardware issues seem to occur often. Twice within two months. One hardware issue caused block storage to corrupt and a site to go down. When asking help from support they said it was up to me to fix the problem. They pointed to resources which was helpful but only after I spent hours isolating the problem, trying to fix it unsuccessfully and reaching out to support again did they do something which fixed it within 5-10 minutes. When there are issues not caused by any fault on the customers end, Vultr needs to do more to help the customer. Support staff should take more initiative to help resolve the problem.

> I've been a Vultr customer for more than 2 years. They are more flexible than some other providers regarding custom ISOs, and our experience running services on Vultr instances has been top notch with no downtime and great support.

> **Pros**: There are many server locations available, but I really miss having an option like Switzerland—it would be fantastic. For this reason, we're forced to use other service providers.

> **Cons**: Maintenance on the servers causes issues for me because my services go down. I would consider dedicated servers, but the costs are too high.

> Overall, a good experience. It would be nice to receive some credits from your side; after all, we've been using Vultr for several years but have never received any credits.
