- Frequent novelties, beta tests, new solutions.

> **Cons**: Nothing specific comes to my mind. Every need we had have always been met quickly, and we have never noticed any significant bug.

> Shippingbo has been our OMS and WMS since the beginning of our activity as a marketplaces seller. It has not only helped us perform and grow, but accompanied us in each step of our development (advices, new devices, audits, tech upgrades...). They always take time to listen to our issues, they bring us a solution, and many times we find out that they have developed a feature that automatically solves our problem.

> **Cons**: Les données ne sont disponibles que pendant 1 an, l'accès à l'API est facturé en sus, il y a quelques 'radineries' à droite à gauche typique du modèle SaaS. Parfois des petites frustrations sur des points précis (des frictions avec le serveur SMTP d'OVH par exemple)
