> **Pros**: Della piattaforma, che utilizziamo ormai da anni per la nostra controllata quotata alla Borsa valori di Milano, ho apprezzato il fatto che i Consiglieri (soprattutto gli indipendenti, presenti anche in altri CDA di società quotate), la utilizzano senza avere nulla da segnalare. Dovendo garantire il corretto funzionamento degli strumenti IT in uso al Gruppo, il fatto di non aver ricevuto nessuna lamentela è un buon indicatore.
