> **Cons**: We still receive a lot of bounced emails.  SS makes the process fairly simply in getting these corrected, but it requires revisiting the same contacts a second time.

> The SS platform is user friendly and chalk full of valuable data and information.  Customer service with our account reps has been great.  They worked with me as I was launching my business to ensure I had the resources I needed without going over budget.  I absolutely recommend SS for a valuable user experience.
